30 Days Return Warranty
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 14 days you have received your items.
If you feel you wish to return the goods for any other reason for a refund with return postage paid by you, please contact customer service and ask for an authorized return to correct address. Otherwise the return is not accepted and received.
Return & Exchange Policy
i). If we send wrong item to you or you received the damaged stuff, then you can return it to us.
*Return or exchange your items within 14 days from the delivered date.
*Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
*Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
ii). If the customer chooses a wrong size/wrong color/wrong style, the exchange or refund will also be offered.
But the customer should pay for the shipping fees forth and back.
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, only if the customer service staff have authorized the return.
We will provide a refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
Customers shall only return by post office or registered mail, in case of tax and duty in China. Any tax is charged, customers pay for it.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Rotita provides one temporary policy, If you are unsatisfied with order (with any quality issue), please contact us within 30 days after receiving order. All clients will be offered unconditional resend or refund for orders under $50.
Full refund is offered for items that are found to be faulty or damaged with our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. Shipping fee is not refundable.
Refund is offered within 3 days of receiving your goods. The refund is about 60% of all items price customers return. The rest money is for shipping fee when we sent items. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.
Canceling Orders (Before shipment)
All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged for a fee of 3USD/Piece.
Exchanging Orders (Before shipment)
All orders within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.
All orders after 12 hours will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers should pay handling fee which is 3USD/pc.
